• Do you ship cookies?

No, we are a local pickup bakery in Mesa, AZ only.

• How do I place an order?

Click "Shop the Menu", select your flavors and quantity, and complete checkout. You can also DM us on Instagram @kariscozykitchen to preorder.

• When can I pick up my cookies?

Pickup is on Saturdays only. Orders must be placed by Thursday.

• What are the payment options?

Zelle, Cash App, or cash at pickup.

• Are your cookies allergen-free?

All cookies are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens. Please reach out via email or Instagram if you have concerns.

• Can I make changes to my order?

Yes! Contact us at kariscozykitchen@yahoo.com or DM on Instagram @kariscozykitchen before the preorder deadline (Thursday) to adjust your order.
